  • Shipping times vary depending on your location. Delivery delays due to external factors (e.g., courier delays, natural calamities) are beyond our control.

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

6. Return, Refund & Cancellation

  • Returns: We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed after returned items are received and verified. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
